Joint Wrap Wheatbags

Target those hard to cover areas with any of these three brilliantly flexible segmented Joint Wrap Wheat bags. They work fantastically well heating or cooling wrists, elbows, knees and ankles or any other area. The Joint Wrap Wheatbags feature a long, strong Velcro strap which is used to secure the wheat bag exactly where you need it to be. Simply apply, fold and curve to suit. Then attach the Velcro strap to the strip on the wheatbag. They are so easy to apply, even with just one hand! You will get quality hands free heating and cooling effortlessly right where you need it without any slipping. Thanks to the smart partitioning of the heat pack the grains will also stay where they are without moving around. Please note the Velcro hook and loop attachment straps will not melt or distort in the microwave.

These wheatbags are available in a few gorgeous soft colour options and always feature a black colour backside, see current options available below. We only use hemp and organic cotton fabrics for our wheat bags. This material is very strong, durable, features a beautiful sheen and a slight texture, a bit like linen fabrics. The wheat bags come in all regular scent options including fragrance free, so you can choose a favourite scent. If in doubt whether or not a scent is the right choice for you or the one you are shopping for, we recommend you choose fragrance free. You can always add a scent but not take it away so sometimes it is better to be safe than sorry. Our wheatbags can be wonderfully scented with the following pure essential oils: Peppermint, Lemon Myrtle, Vanilla, and our Eucalyptus of choice, the Lemon Scented Gum as well as the traditional Eucalyptus fragrance. We also offer the traditional lavender fragrance using a pinch of Australian dried lavender flowers mixed in with the wheat. There is also always a fragrance free option for those who are allergic, are sensitive to scents or simply prefer the wheat aroma.

The Muff

All our wheat bags are fully Australian made from a tough, environmentally friendly hemp and organic cotton fabric blend. We only use hard, 100% certified organically grown Australian Wheat. It is important the wheat is hard as it: a) simply holds the heat for a longer time b) lasts longer in years c) maintains its moisture content better in your wheatbag. The latter is vital as the biggest killer of any wheatbag is the drying out of the grains. We recommend you spray or sprinkle a small amount of regular tap water straight on to your wheatbag just before you microwave it. If you prefer to steam heat your wheatbag – no need to spray prior as it will get the moisture required anyway. We also prefer a certified organically grown wheat as it contains no nasty sprays.
